Requests for letter of reference/evaluation can be made by email with the subject “LoR-Request [your name]” from your smail account to the desired referee. You should have completed a course with this referee with a grade of “good” or better and ideally be known personally.

In addition to the reason for the evaluation and the form, submission and transmission modalities and deadlines as well as the course(s) completed with the referee, your grade in this course, your email should contain as attachments:

• the completed Letter of Evaluation from the WiSo Faculty. ➨Download here (fillable PDF).
• a single PDF with the following documents in the following order:
  • letter of motivation for the project
  • a current transcript, from the examination office
  • a current rank certificate from the examination office
  • a current curriculum vitae
  • certificates, e.g., : Abitur/High school-leaving certificate, Bachelor's degree if applicable, work references or internship certificates if applicable, ...

Allow a lead time of at least 4 weeks.

Requests for a pre-correction will only be granted in a few exceptional cases. Send your request with the subject “Precorrection Request” from your Smail account with your name, matriculation number, examination title/module and date, as well as all necessary supporting documents directly to the examiner and be sure to observe the following ➨ instructions.
